Part A: Shipping and Delivery
1. Scope and Commitment
This policy details the procedures governing the shipment and delivery of products ordered via www.aleriyatea.in. Our commitment is to provide a seamless and transparent delivery experience for every customer.
2. Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
3. Transit and Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are 4-6 business days for metropolitan areas and 8-12 business days for other locations. Aleriya Tea & Co. shall not be liable for delays arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical disruptions from our courier partners (Force Majeure).
4. Shipping Tariffs
Enjoy complimentary shipping on all prepaid orders valued at ₹1,599 or more. For prepaid orders below this amount, a standard, non-refundable shipping fee is applicable, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
Additionally, a non-refundable handling fee equivalent to 2% of the total order value is applicable on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Part B: Returns and Cancellation
5. Return & Refund Policy
At Aleriya Tea & Co., we are committed to ensuring you have the best tea experience. While tea is a perishable food item and generally not returnable for hygiene reasons, we are here to help if things are not right.
We accept replacement requests under the following conditions:
- You received a product different from what you ordered.
- The item is physically damaged, has a broken seal, or is tampered with upon arrival.
- The product has passed its expiry date when you receive it.
How to Initiate a Claim:
- Contact Us Promptly: Please email us at help@aleriyatea.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Include your Order ID and attach clear photos or a short unboxing video of the issue. This is mandatory for processing your claim.
Resolution Process:
Once your claim is verified, we will prioritize sending a free replacement. In the rare event a replacement is not possible, we will initiate a full refund for the product amount to your original payment method. Please note, as taste is subjective, we do not accept returns for personal flavor dislike. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
6. Cancellation Policy
You can easily cancel your order directly through the 'My Orders' section in your account, as long as the order status has not yet been updated to 'Shipped'. Once an order is marked as 'Shipped', it means it has left our facility and cannot be cancelled through your account or by contacting support.
Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Support team immediately with your Order ID to request a cancellation. Please note, cancellation requests via customer support are also subject to the order not having been dispatched yet. If the order has already been shipped by the time your request is processed, cancellation will not be possible.
We recommend checking your order status in the 'My Orders' section before attempting cancellation.
